We would like to express our sincere gratitude for your understanding and cooperation with the operation of this event by our association's secretariat. Applications for this year's conference will be accepted online, as was the case last year. We kindly ask that you read the following information thoroughly before proceeding with your application.

Notes:

We accept applications for each individual event online through our web system. For team competitions, please contact your branch chief or the person in charge of your dojo.
Please pay the fee to your branch chief or the person in charge of your dojo after you submit the application. (Please note, there is no way for the association secretariat to accept money payment directly for participation in the event).
After submitting the application, please carefully keep your completion email until the end of the Goodwill Championship.
You can submit multiple applications on one device. In that case, please make sure to submit one application per person. (Ex: If brothers would like to participate, submit the older brother’s application, then submit younger brother's application.)

Notes:

All participants/teams are responsible for arranging their own meals and accommodation.
Participants must attend all seminars throughout the 3 days.
Branches that have not paid their 2024 Hayashi-ha Branch Membership Fees cannot participate in this seminar.
Only include the names of those participating in the seminar application list.
On the final day of the seminar, a Karate and Kobudo Dan exam will be conducted (Application required. If there are members taking the Dan exam, please apply for it together with the international instructor seminar application).

Please download precautions for the 50th anniversary tournament from the link below. We kindly ask that you read it by the day of the tournament and ask for your cooperation for smooth operation of the event.

In addition, in order to prevent the spread of Covid-19 it is mandatory to submit a “Physical Condition Form” for the tournament. All people entering the venue must submit a form at the entrance reception on the day of the event. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. (You must submit the form on both day 1 and 2 of the event).

Attention:
There is a section entitled 'accompanying person(s) ' in the registration form, this means the player's parents or guardians or a person that can vouche for the player's identity. Please make sure to enter the player's information in the 'Personal Information' section.
Once you create an account for the website, you can register all your family member's information including the players registration by using the account.
The registration form does not support a team registration so each dojo needs to contact the operation secretariat directly. The operation secretariat will inform presidents of regions and dojos on registration of team competitions.
